The photographer is myself, the wedding planning and/or day of coordination is handled by Every Detail Designs and the videography by A. Lewis Films.

Every Detail Designs All Inclusive Wedding Planning Coverage

This service is for the couple that needs assistance from beginning to end with all planning and logistics for their wedding in addition to peace-of-mind on their special day. Clients will have the opportunity to custom select services to ensure Every Detail Designs perfectly meets their desired needs. Depending on the scope of your event, please book us a minimum of 6-12 months before your event.

Services include:

Planning

  • Assistance with all 37 areas of service listed in our Table of Services (click here to see table). Should you need a service not provided in the Table of Services, let us know to see how we can meet the need (within reason).
  • Six hours of in-person consultation.
  • Venue walk-through with bride and groom.
  • Style, theme, concept design and color pallet development.

Please note this service differs from the design and decor services offered by Every Detail Designs. Design and decor services expand beyond suggested styles and themes to include construction of ceremony backdrops and floral creations as well as design execution.

  • Creation of a comprehensive plan of all production and design elements for the day of the wedding.
  • Unlimited phone and online interaction between planner and client(s).
  • Two, one-hour update sessions to review and finalize logistics and to address remaining questions and concerns.
  • Development of a schedule of events/timeline in cooperation with client and vendors.
  • Continuous and unified conversation with all wedding vendors throughout the planning process to ensure cohesive implementation.
  • Provision of preferred vendors list.
